Buggy app

This app is truly awful and the developers should be ashamed of putting out such a lousy piece of software.

Ive experienced numerous problems since installing the app, but the latest episode is the last straw. Ive made numerous attempts to download the May edition to no avail. When I tap on the Get Latest Tablet Edition it directs me to sign up either using my subscriber number or my address. Going either route yields the same result: error, youre already a subscriber (duh!) and should sign with the the app. Uh, I AM signed in!

One bright note is customer care has been fairly responsive. Ive emailed them three times in the past 24 hours and the always got back to me quickly. Unfortunately their latest suggestion to resolve the problem didnt work. Im convinced its just another quirk in this God-awful piece of software.
